For my new found “busy-ness” at blogging and working a full-time job, I’ve been on the hunt for finding quick items to eat while in the office. For breakfast, I prefer an omelet with all the bells and whistles with a side of grits and green tea. But of course for time sake and the fact that I have a hard time waking up in the morning, this can’t happen everyday. So I satisfy my appetite with oatmeal. It’s quick, easy, and pretty good for you. Great option for eating since breakfast is deemed the most important meal of the day and nutritionist recommend 48grams of whole grain.
